Clarification

Original Purchaser: ESD primarily sells its products wholesale, to trained security professionals. Our service is to these professionals working with our products on a regular basis. Obligation under warranty: Warranty is provided to defects in manufacturing. The warranty would not apply to lightning, high voltage surges, or using the product in anyway outside of the specifications or use as outlined in its instructions. Unless our investigation of a returned product proves otherwise, a product manufactured more than two years prior to its return will be presumed not to have had a defect at the time of its shipment.
