The RT-1HD is a single pole double throw relay with Heavy-Duty, 40 Amp contacts. This relay was designed to reliably operate high surge strike bars and electric locks. It’s heavy duty contacts also find uses to control up to 75vdc with high current in automotive, residential, and commercial applications. The RT-1HD coil can be controlled with 12vdc or 24vdc.
TERMINALS OPERATION 12V/24V Selector – Move jumper with handle to 12 or 24 to select coil voltage to be used. Default is 12vdc COIL – Apply selected voltage to terminals 1 & 2 to energize contacts. N/O - COM - N/C Terminals are the relay contacts. COM and N/O are Normally Open. They close when the relay is energized. COM and N/C are Normally Closed. They open when the relay is energized. GREEN LED ON indicates the relay is energized. When LED is OFF the relay is de-energized. |
